Tip #3: CARROTS are the new superfood!  They’re low in calories, high in fiber and fun to eat.  Try eating 1 to 2 carrots a year and supplement with daily meals from Taco Bell. Tip #12: Egyptian food is not automatically on the food pyramid.  But I get it. Tip #23: An apple a day...keeps you out of the hospital. Hate apples? The buy a puppy. Or go see a funny movie.  I don't know. Tip #40: If you get a BLOODY NOSE, remember the word STROKE: (S) Stop whatever else you were doing. (T) Take a piece of paper into your hand. (R) Roll it into a tight tube. (O) Open your nostrils and shove in the paper tube. (K) Keep your head level as you shove the paper tube all the way up your bleeding nose. (E) Enjoy! Tip #69: A new study shows that ASPIRIN can be damaging to your stomach in extremely high doses (300 pills or more over a 24 hour period).  If you must take this much aspirin, then at least drink a Coke or something to settle your stomach. Tip #836: For proper hydration, drink at least 1 quart of water a day.  Or any clear liquid.  Sprite is good.
